STEP 1: Enter Membership
Check your email and SPAM folder for the log in information. Log in and watch the first lesson.
STEP 2: Private Group
In your membership portal you will see a link to the School of Interpersonal Skills private group to join (Heartbeat is the platform). When you get into the portal Direct Message me and I will provide entrance into the course and group.
STEP 3: Journal
If you really want to amp up your integration, consider journaling your insights and steps as you work your way through each lesson.
