STEP 1: Enter Membership
Check your email and SPAM folder for the log in information. Log in and watch the first lesson.
STEP 2: School of Interpersonal Skills Private Group
In your membership portal you will see a link to the School of Interpersonal Skills private group to join (Heartbeat is name of the platform). First ffollow the links in your email and then send me a DM once inside. After I get your request I will give you permissions for both the private group and the course if you like. Please participate to get the most out of this program.

If you really want to amp up your integration, consider journaling your insights and steps as you work your way through each lesson.
